The Official Rules and Regulations establish the regulatory framework governing all World Strongman sanctioned competitions and related sporting activities.

Each sanctioned competition operates under a specific Event Regulation (“Provision on Competition”) prepared by the organizer and approved by World Strongman.
Event Regulations must not contradict the Official Technical & Competition Rules. In case of discrepancy, the World Strongman Official Rules shall prevail.
Calendar competitions must include a minimum of four standard disciplines, as defined in the Rules.
All competitions are subject to technical supervision and officiating standards established by World Strongman.
Competitions are overseen by appointed referees and jury members in accordance with the Rules.
In exceptional circumstances, the jury may review and correct serious officiating errors to ensure the integrity of the results.
Controls and related procedures are conducted in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework and international integrity standards.
The Official Technical & Competition Rules & Regulations were approved and ratified by the competent governing bodies of World Strongman.
Amendments are adopted in accordance with the Statutes and formally recorded within the official rulebook to ensure regulatory consistency.
