WSM CODES

Codes in the World Strongman organization represent a set of rules and standards governing the behavior of athletes, coaches, judges, and event organizers.

WSM Code of Ethics

The fundamental purpose of the WSM Code of Ethics is to assist WSM members in making consistent choices when faced with ethical dilemmas and to set out ethical principles and standards that are in line with the International Olympic Council’s (IOC) ideals and, therefore, applicable throughout the Strongman community and sport governed by WSM.

WSM Gender Equality Policy

This Policy defines commitments of the WSM to support gender equality and the principles expressed in the UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights, including the UNESCO International Charter of Physical Education and Sport, the Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) and the Brighton Declaration on Women and Sport.
